DR. JAKE DORAK
Dr. Jake Dorak is a native of Manchester, TN. He is a graduate of East Tennessee State University in Johnson, City, TN where he received a Bachelor degree in Communication. He also holds a Master of Divinity and a Doctor of Ministry from Southeastern Baptist Theological Seminary in Wake Forest, NC.
Jake came to First BaptistManchester in June of 2014. He has previously served as a Student Pastor for five years in Kingsport, TN and Lead Pastor in Spring Hope, NC for three years. Jake met his wife, Katie, at the Baptist Collegiate Ministry of ETSU. They have four children, a son named Luke, a daughter in heaven named Ella Kate, and their twins: Elliot & Katelyn. Jake enjoys reading, jogging, and watching the Tennessee Volunteers play football.
